Story
:

iSmart Shankar (Ram) is the prime accused in a murder case. He escapes from prison and the cops are on the lookout for him. After a series of dramatic events, the cops arrest iSmart Shankar and transfers the memories of a deceased cop Arun (Satyadev) to him. Why did they do that? What happens then? What did iSmart Shankar do? Forms the story of the movie.

Performances
:

Ram is definitely the show stealer of this film. Despite getting a challenging role when compared to its previous films, Ram has pulled it off with ease and has carried the entire film on his own. His outstanding performance can be considered as one of the major highlights of this film. Both the heroines Nidhhi Agerwal and Nabha Natesh got meaty rules in this film and they delivered good performances in the film.

Both got good roles which have a scope of performance. They also maintained cute chemistry with the Ram. Puneet Issar and Deepak Shetty also delivered a decent performance. Tulasi acted naturally and Satyadev's energetic performance added more strength for this film. Ashish Vidyarthi and Sayaji Shinde also made their presence felt.

Technical
Aspects:

Both Puri Jagannath and Charmme Kaur's production values under Puri Jagannath Touring Talkies and Puri Connects banners are very high. The producers have invested decent amounts without compromising in terms of quality. Music by Mani Sharma can be considered as the backbone of this film. Keeping the songs aside, his background elevated each and every scene of the film. Cinematography by Raj Thota is beautiful. His camera angles are excellent. Junaid Siddiqui's editing is decent.

Review
:

Director Puri Jagannath has prepared an extremely engaging storyline for this film. Also, his narration also made the audience stick to their chairs. He has executed the story really well and will impress with his pace of the narration. The movie has an engaging story which can be considered as the major plus point of the film. The movie starts off on an interesting mode and the first half is filled with some comedy and romantic scenes which makes the audience easier to connect with the story.

On the other hand, the second half will be quite interesting and is narrated well. However, the predictable story becomes a negative point. But Puri Jagannath's mark scenes will definitely grab the attention of the audience. Ram's amazing performance and energetic BGM can be considered as the major plus points of this film. Overall, 'iSmart Shankar' is for all those who love mass and commercial films. Others might not get impressed with it.
