In the wake of growing speculations that Rakul Preet Singh has hiked her remuneration to Rs 1 crore, the actress has been questioned about the same in a recent interview. According to Rakul, remuneration is a reward to one’s talent, hard work and commitment and beyond everything it is a symbol/parameter of one’s demand in the market. “Who doesn’t want growth in their career and expect hike in their pay with time?” questions Rakul.
Having asserted that, she also said that she is not here only for money and also recalled the fact that she turned down many films that did not excite the actor in her. However, she neither admitted nor denied the Rs 1crore remuneration allegation….smart girl!
