The best and safest form of wealth that you can have is in the form of a land. Anything may cause loss to you but those who have relied upon land have never been let down. In lieu of that, some of the bigshots always focus on where land values are going to rise and end up pumping their money in bulk.
Something like that is happening in Telangana now. Few months ago, CM KCR had allotted 5000 acres near Donakonda for a special film city. News is that some so called celebs who hail from Telangana have begun making rounds around KCR and trying to establish some power lobby and gain his trust.
There is an underlying motive behind this. They are doing this is so that when the time comes they can take the role of allotting the lands to the members of the film fraternity but it would be for their own people who hail from Telangana and not to those who hail from other regions. Sad but true!
