Urvashi Rautela, who is a model turned actress, stole the show at the recently organized SIIMA awards as she danced to the song Daddy Mummy and wowed every member in the audience.

But perhaps the greatest compliment to her was from Chiranjeevi who applauded her right from the front row. This has seemed to boost up Urvashi’s confidence greatly. Chiranjeevi, the Telugu film industry superstar had performed originally to the song and him being impressed meant a lot to Urvashi. She stated that she was greatly touched and flattered at the moment when Chiranjeevi clapped and she also made it clear that she has always been a huge fan of Chiranjeevi and it has been her dream to one day work with her.
The Tollywood connection
Urvashi had heaps of praises for the Telugu film industry and said that she believed the Tollywood has the most professional and hard working actors and actresses in India and she added that she loved how serious everyone is about their work. Urvashi was India’s representative in the Miss Universe pageant, she added that she loved the people in Telengana and Andhra Pradesh, especially Hyderabad as they have always been very friendly to her and also very down to earth and humble. She also had plans to meet her friends and enjoy her favorite Hyderabadi biriyani while in town. As a model Urvashi has to work hard and travel all around the world. She mentioned that she loved being in Hyderabad as she had made a lot of friends here. She had visited the town to walk the ramp for Archana Kochhar.
Open to offers from Telugu film industry
Urvashi said that she is totally open to any offers from Tollywood and would love to work in a film there. She has already attracted a lot of attention after appearing in the recent Bollywood adult comedy Great Grand Masti. She has also started being casted in various web series including Sex Chat with Pappu and Papa which is based on the importance of sex education. However the model turned actress refused to comment on her role.
