Telugu cinema is witnessing a very rich vein of success in the box office and it is highly likely that it will build on the enormous audience that it has gathered across India. It can no longer be branded as a mere regional industry since it has found a pan-India audience in the recent weeks and Bollywood has certainly found a stiff competitor. In the midst of this situation, new films are coming up and expectations are extremely high in all nooks and crannies. Among these new films, Janatha Garage is one and will release during the month of August. It is packed with stars and hence, a runaway success is expected of this film. The cast and crew
Sai Kumar, one of the glittering names in Telugu film industry will be playing a pivotal role as the father of the protagonist. However, the big name in the film is surely N.T. Rama Rao Jr., who is going to play the role of the protagonist. Apart from such big names, there is another superstar who will play an important role. He is the Malayalam superstar Mohanlal. The south Indian film industry often sees collaboration across different film industries like Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Hence, it is hardly a surprise that Janatha Garage will experience similar sort of bonding between two industries. There are other big names too like Nithya Menen and Samantha Ruth Prabhu along with Unni Mukundan. The film has left no stones unturned to make sure the audience flocks the screens after August 12.
The basic plot
The film is all set to become a cherished family drama. Sai Kumar, who has decidedly picked up the role of NTR Junior’s father, will face Mohanlal, who will be the uncle. The father and the uncle will face a turbulent relationship between the family and this very disturbance will slowly tear the family apart. This very drift of a family is observed meticulously by this film. The sublime acting skills of both the actors will come very useful to portray this extremely difficult situation masterfully. However, the rest of the roles have not been disclosed yet, but you can safely guess that the rest of the stars will belong to the women of the family.
The production
Production of this film has been managed by Mythri Movie Makers. While the direction is being handled by Koratala Siva, the music of the film has been rendered by Devi Sri Prasad. Naveen Yerneni, C. V. Mohan and Y. Ravi Shankar are the trio behind this production house. While the film had begun its production long time back, it is only recently the studio process has begun. However, the film is all set to be launched during the middle of the year. The film was planned much earlier but NTR Jr. and Koratala Siva were both busy in filming. Now that they have come together, everyone is expecting a great hit from the pair.
